You are the director!

Make your kid the center of attention in your very own action packed replay flipbook.

Whether it is a steal to second base, a homerun or a dive catch, any action on the field can become The Play that will be talked about.

It is up to you, the director, to capture the action.

It is easy to shoot videos. However, to be a great director, here are 3 important tips to keep in mind: Lights, Camera, Action!

Lighting is the most important element for your video. Make sure your environment and your subject are well lit.

Good lighting delivers consistent vivid image quality, producing a vibrant colorful print.

Poor lighting creates shadows that produce a darker image during print.

Use natural daylight when possible. For night shoots, sports fields are genrally well lit environments with multiple sources of flood lights.

Tips

  • Use a well lit environment
  • Avoid strong light directly behind the subject
  • Shadows are multiplied during print
  • Use multiple light source when shooting in a room

Video Formats: We support most video formats produced by phones, digital cameras and camcorders.

Supported formats: wmv, avi, mov, mpeg, mp4, asf

Pixel Resolution (PR). The higher the PR, the sharper the printed image quality.

Most cameras shoot at 320x240 default PR. While we can work with video of any resolution, we suggest you shoot at a minimum of 320x240.

Aspect Ratio (AR). AR is generally referred to as Letterbox(4:3) or Widescreen(16:9). AR determines the size of your frames.

We support all AR sizes.

Sports action and replay make the winning combo.

Keep your subject centered as much as possible. Keep a steady shot and avoid jerky movements.
